After my own heart: Kim & Vince love the ’50s

Kim and Vince recently sprung it on me (and everyone else) that not only would they be getting married and moving to Japan in less than 6 months, but that they wanted me to take the photos for their wedding invitations.  The best part: there would be a 1950s theme (be still my heart)! Kim’s dress was authentic ’50s from a vintage store in Richmond.  Kim’s friend, a makeup artist in NY, flew down and the four of us headed over to our set- a train station in Alexandria, VA to shoot for about 3 or 4 hours in the blazing heat.  The shoot was honestly one of the most fun I’ve had in a while.  Plus it turns out that they were both incredibly photogenic and really good models to boot.  (Vince is not a fan of having his photo float around in cyberspace so I only posted the ones of Kim…).
